What is an Inside Sales Rep? 

If there's one thing that our sales team could say about their jobs, it's that the experience adds up fast. With our wide variety of clients, our Inside Sales Representative will become an expert in many different types of business.


So, what will you be doing?

  • Creating and qualifying leads
  • Developing new business through LinkedIn, networking, and more
  • Cold calling
  • Setting appointments for Outside Sales Reps and VP of Sales
  • Tracking sales and maintaining CRM data
  • Onboarding and transitioning new clients between the sales process and implementation

Our Inside Sales Rep will love that each day presents new challenges. We are looking for an individual who is interested in growing and developing their sales career with ESG. This is an Inside Sales position, but we want to promote you to Outside Sales after demonstrated success.

What Will Make Us Love You

Being an Inside Sales Representative isn't for everyone but it might be right for you. 


  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Basic understanding of CRM, Salesforce.com, Excel, and other programs
  • Thorough understanding of the sales process
  • Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly
  • Confident communicator who is able to talk to anyone
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities
  • Demonstrated sales success preferred
  • Bachelor's degree a plus
