Position Summary: Our organization specializes in providing comprehensive Payroll and Human Resource services and solutions to small to mid-sized corporations. This individual will handle a variety of sales related duties and will be responsible for conducting presentations, new business development and generating revenue.

Sales Representative will be working to market our services, create proposals, demonstrate product solutions, and to maintain and develop new business while ensuring compliance with company policies.

General Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Prospecting and closing sales accounts.
  • Cold calling
  • Conducting presentations, both remotely and in person.
  • General Internet and phone research.
  • Database management.
  • Managing expense reports.
  • Providing the necessary documents to assist clients in the transition between the sales process and implementation.
  • General client follow up and maintenance.
  • All other sales related tasks required by management.

Qualifications: We are looking for an aggressive, high-energy, professional sales person, who is a self starter with 2 -5 years experience in a quota driven payroll sales environment. The candidate must be highly motivated and have excellent prospecting, new business development, and goal execution skills. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as great organizational and presentation skills. Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects as assigned by management within the designated deadlines, is essential. This sales professional must also have strong business and work ethics and the ability to succeed in an independent environment.

Requirements: Computer proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products and Internet usage for research is a must.

Training and Compensation: We offer an attractive compensation package designed to reward the Representative for their initiative, to include a competitive base salary, draw, graduating tier level commission structure, cell phone and auto allowance.

Full time position: Available immediately

Qualifications: Education: College Degree or equivalent experience.

Related experience: Minimum 2 -5 years of payroll sales experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of Sales Force, outside selling experience with concrete evidence of performance.
