ESG is currently looking for a part-time Payroll Assistant to help the Payroll team with data-entry, preparing payrolls, and more. This position is 25-30 hours a week.

 

What Will You Do as a Payroll Assistant?

  • Assist payroll with packaging payrolls
  • Enter new employee applications
  • Data-entry
  • Garnishments
  • Client account closure letters
  • Verifications of Employment
  • Fax and email information and reports to clients
  • Serve as a back-up for our front desk
  • Duties as assigned

What Will Make Us Love You:

Being a Payroll Assistant isn't right for everyone, but it might be right for you. We're looking for individuals with a High School diploma or more, moderate excel skills, typing and data entry experience, and strong attention to detail. Previous knowledge of payroll processes a plus.
